Mr. Montemurro recently held the position of Vice President, Thermal Operations with Deer Creek Energy from 2002 to September 2005, at which time the company was purchased by Total. He has more than 24 years oil and gas experience, focusing primarily on the application of new technologies and the commercial development of conventional and thermal heavy oil. Prior to Deer Creek Energy, Mr. Montemurro was General Manager at PanCanadian Energy Corporation, and was initially responsible for the Heavy Oil Business Unit and later Information Services. Mr. Montemurro spent eight years in increasingly senior engineering management roles at CS Resources Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary. |

As CFO and VP Finance for small public oil and gas companies, Mr. Hay brings with him extensive experience in oil and gas accounting, finance and public company reporting. Danny was also a Senior Manager with Grant Thornton LLP where he was leader of the oil and gas business unit, specializing in audit taxation and consulting services that included public documents and filings. Danny holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. |
Richard Fish | Chief Operating Officer Mr. Fish has held senior executive positions where he successfully drove revenue over the hundreds of millions of dollars, shortened sales cycles, developed national marketing programs, distribution channels and global service coverage programs. As Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Workhorse Custom Chassis (2000 – 2003) Mr. Fish led global sales, strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Mr. Fish was Sr. Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer with Universal Trailer Corp. (2003-2005), the largest manufacturer of specialty trailers in North America where he was responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing efforts. In his last position, Mr. Fish held the position of Portfolio CEO and Operating Partner with Monomoy Capital Partners (2005 – 2008), a private equity fund. |

Mr. Wright most recently held the position of CFO for small medical imaging company. He has also held senior level roles in biotech companies. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury and public company reporting including International Financial Reporting standards. Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. |

Mr. Willerton brings to Alter NRG 21 years of experience in the electricity industry, the majority of which has been in a business development capacity. He was VP Business Development at ENMAX where he led the company’s entry into wind power. He held numerous roles over a 10-year period at TransAlta including business development, marketing, commodity risk management and engineering. Mr. Willerton is a Professional Engineer, has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the University of Calgary. |

Most recently Mr. Hicks worked in senior roles for Petro Canada, Synenco Energy and OPTI Canada. He has a proven track record in constructing, starting up, and operating energy projects including significant experience in gasification. Most recently Mr. Hicks was the Vice President, Downstream Operations for Synenco Energy and General Manager in Petro Canada’s Fort Hills oilsands project. Mr. Hicks also served as the Commissioning and Start-up Manager during the early phases of the OPTI / Nexen Long Lake project, the first gasification project in the Alberta oilsands. Mr. Hicks is a professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. |

Dr. van Nierop has 15 years experience with Sasol, an international oil, gas and petrochemicals company and world leader in gasification technology, headquartered in South Africa. Dr. van Nierop worked in various senior business and technical roles at Sasol, including as Managing Director responsible for the Sasol-Lurgi Technology Company. In Calgary, he has worked with the Alberta Research Council, Bantrel and most recently Shell Canada, all in lead gasification roles. Dr. van Nierop has his D.Sc. in Chemistry and an MBA. |

Mr. Wright is a consummate executive with over 23 years of domestic and international experience in business operations, sales management, and product and service marketing for both start-up and growth corporations. Mark brings a deep background in large scale power project sales and management. |

Mr. Buchholz is an experienced senior executive in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) market, in which geoexchange operates. From 1976 until 2000, Mr. Buchholz worked at Carrier Corporation, the largest global HVAC manufacturer, in a variety of executive roles including R&D, global manufacturing, and as a Vice President and General Manager responsible for turning around three major business units. Since then, Mr. Buchholz has been President of Alltrista Thermoformed Products, the largest independent custom plastics thermoformer in North America, and a senior executive in three other HVAC related companies, including Advanced Test Products ( a division of SPX), Mammoth-Webco ( a subsidiary of Nortek Holdings, Inc.), and most recently as the President and CEO of Green Comfort Systems, Inc. Mr. Buchholz has a history of turning around and growing companies, including product development, expanding distribution networks, dealer development, and strategic mergers and acquisitions activity. The turnarounds have resulted in significant increases in sales and bottom line improvement in all cases.

Mr. Sather is a results focused leader with significant experience in executing large ticket, complex transactions. Coming from the technology sector, Mr. Sather worked for Oracle Corporation - one of the world's largest enterprise software companies. While at Oracle, Mr. Sather led national accounting management and sales activities that delivered multi-million dollar sales for the company's emerging technology solutions. Mr. Sather was recognized for driving dramatic sales revenue growth and in leading strategic planning initiatives for western Canada. Mr. Sather attended Trinity Western University in Langley, BC. |

Vern Lessoway | Vice President, Engineering Mr. Lessoway has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the engineering, design and construction management of mechanical building systems for institutional, multi-unit residential, commercial, recreational, municipal, and light industrial facilities. He founded Lessoway Moir Partners (LMP), a mechanical consulting firm, in 1980 and served as Principal and Lead Mechanical Engineer. Mr. Lessoway graduated from the University of Alberta obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Member of the Association of Energy Engineers and is a Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional and is registered as a Professional Engineer in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon Territory, Saskatchewan and Ontario. |

Gary Poyntz | Vice President, Operations Mr. Poyntz is one of Canada’s most experience geo-loop designers and installers and is recognized for his cost effective and innovative designs. His experience in geoexchange dates back to 1990, when he started his own company, Loops Unlimited, specializing in ground loop installations. He quickly became known as an innovative designer and installer of geoexchange loops and built a strong reputation based on trouble-free, reliable installations. He specializes in both residential and commercial installations and has extensive experience with horizontal, vertical, lake and pond loop installations. |
