Alter NRG has two core technologies providing clean energy solutions:

• Plasma Gasification - Alter NRG owns an industry leading plasma gasification company called Westinghouse Plasma Corporation. Westinghouse Plasma Corporation can provide clean and renewable energy solutions from a variety of inputs including all types of waste and biomass. The technology is commercially proven with facilities operating since 2002.

• Geoexchange Solutions - Alter NRG owns an industry leading geoexchange company called CleanEnergy.  CleanEnergy provides heating and cooling for homes and buildings using the energy from the earth. By avoiding the use of fossil fuels by up to 80% to heat and cool homes and buildings, geoexchange reduces both the carbon footprint and operating costs.

 
Alter NRG intends to grow each of these core technologies into greater than $100 million in technology sales by 2012.   Alter NRG intends to invest the cashflow from the technology sales into energy generating projects and products that will provide annuity income from the sale of energy 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
