The gasification industry is experiencing rapid growth as commodity prices have escalated since the beginning of the decade, combined with increasing environmental awareness, creating a significant market opportunity for Alter NRG.

The 2007 World Gasification Database shows that existing world gasification capacity has grown 25% since its last report in 2004, and anticipates a further increase in excess of 30% by 2010. Alter NRG is positioned to capitalize on this expanding market with its commercially proven plasma gasification technology that converts carbon-containing feedstocks into syngas.
